What is the dress code?
We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, so come dressed in something relaxed but polished. We’re going for a cowboy classy vibe — elevated, but not too formal. Think nice slacks or chinos (bolo ties highly encouraged!) or a dress that’s comfortable but not too casual.
Are you providing transportation?
Yes! We’ll be shuttling guests from downtown to the ceremony at 3:30p, and then from the ceremony to the reception at Ca’Bianca at 6p. We’ll share more details closer to the date, but no need to worry about getting between venues.
Will there be other events this weekend?
Yes! We’ll have welcome drinks and snacks the evening before the wedding. No RSVP needed — just come hang if you’re in town.
What kind of food will be served?
We’re creating a 4-course menu with Ca’Bianca that you’ll order from the night of. No need to choose ahead of time or send dietary info — they’ll accommodate dietary needs when you order.
FAQs
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors in Max’s grandparents’ backyard vineyard — expect sunshine and a little heat. The reception will be a dinner party–style celebration, mostly outdoors in Ca’Bianca’s garden patio.
Where should I stay?
We’ve listed a few hotel options on the Travel & Lodging page. The downtown/Railroad Square hotels are closest to Ca’Bianca if you want to be walking distance from the reception.
Is there an afterparty?
Yes! We rented a private bowling alley and bar just 10 minutes from Ca’Bianca, open until midnight. Join us after dessert for beers and unlimited bowling at Poppy Bank Epicenter 3215 Coffey Ln, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Wine and beer will be available at both the ceremony and reception.
I still have questions—who should I ask?
Shoot us a text! We’re so excited to celebrate with you.
